I pretty much try my best to respond to every e-mail, even if you're just
telling me that you do or don't like the books, you found an error or that
you have an idea for a better book.
I never share the email addresses I get, or do a 'buy my services' e-mail,
or anything like that. I do give you notice on new books
or changes and
stuff like that, unless you ask me not to.
I've even been known to give help on the occaisional book report on the
subject of Indomitus Est, although I warn you - I've had an English
teacher tell me I got it all wrong.
